At Almost Saints, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Almost Saints are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully placed.

Exceptions

A return or replacement will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Defective product received

  • Incorrect item received

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited

  • Clearly show the package opening from start to finish

  • Capture the defect or incorrect item clearly

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • The mandatory unboxing video

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide further instructions.

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after use will not be eligible.

  • Slight variations in color or appearance due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

  • Decisions made by Almost Saints regarding returns or replacements will be final.
